Key Features
Cable Glands are produced as per BS 6121 Standard.BW type Cable Glands provide an integral armor clamp for armored cable which provides an electrical bond between the cable armor & the gland.A1/A2 Gland Provides a single pull resistant seal on the outer sheath of an unarmored cable. This Type gland maintains ingress protection of IP66/IP68 to 25 Meters.PG Glands are basically produced as per DIN standard 46320/46255 & available with sprain relief facility with round or hex intermediate socketsMarine Cable Glands as per JIS standards are basically used for Ship Decks & other marine Applications.
Material : Brass as per IS 319 or BS 249 or BS 2874:CZ 121 or any high graded brass as per custom specification for main parts & Steel, PVC, LFS, Rubber etc. for various accessories.

Finish
Generally glands are supplied in natural brass finish. Other available finish are Electro tinned & Nickel.

Entry threads are metric to BS 3643. Entry threads are also available in imperial (ET)
Features :
Highly suitable for Unarmoured cables. It can also be used on Plastic or Rubber Sheathed cables. Used for indoor and outdoor applications.

BW BRASS GLANDS :
Features :
Most suitable glands for Single Wired Armoured (SWA), Plastic or Rubber Sheathed cables. Generally used in dry indoor conditions. Available in two parts (without lock ring) and three part (with lock ring) design. BW glands are also supplied with integral earth facilities.

CW BRASS GLANDS :
Features :
Most suitable glands for Single Wired Armoured (SWA), Plastic or Rubber Sheathed cables. Terminates and secures cable armouring and outer seal grips sheath of cable, thus ensuring mechanical strength and earth continuity. CW Brass Glands are also supplied with integral earth facilities. CW Glands are also supplied with integral earth facilities. CW Glands are also avilable in Aluminium.

Features :
Suitable for SWA, Plastic & Rubber sheathed cables. Provided with inner & outer seals. Used in most climatic conditions. Ensures earth continuity. EIW Brass glands are also supplied with integral earth facilities. EIW Glands are also avilable in Aluminium.

GLAND KIT
Gland Kit is a ready to use kit contains Glands, Lock-nuts, Earth tags & Shrouds, For sizes 20.25 the kit contains two of each Gland, lock nut, Earth tag & Shroud.
Earth tags are available from size 16 mm to 88 mm in both brass and aluminum. Earth tags ensure earth continuity between the electrical equipment & gland.
Locknuts are available in entry thread from size 16 mm to 85 mm in Brass, Aluminum & Galvanised steel.
PVC Shrouds are denoted by Gland reference number and are compatible with each gland size.
